legacy offering

“Because I have set my heart on the house of my God, I have given to the house of my God, over and above all that I have prepared for the holy house...Who among you is ready and willing to join in the giving?”

                                                                                                                                 1 Chronicles 29:3-6

Once a year we bring a special offering—one that requires sacrifice and one that builds a legacy for future generations. This offering enables us to take a giant leap forward in fulfilling the big opportunities God has placed before us.

You can give toward this year’s Legacy Offering anytime, but we generally focusing on our Legacy Offering during the year-end months of November and December.

Make an eternal difference!

This Legacy Offering focuses on areas that impact the mission of our church both locally and internationally.

Local Ministries
We made a quality decision years ago to partner with local ministries rather than compete with them. The holiday season gives us even more opportunities to reach out to those in need in our own area.  With your giving, we will show God’s love to single moms, children, and families through committed local ministries like:
  • Teen Challenge
  • Women’s Care Ministry
  • Menomonee Falls Food Pantry
Global Missions
Through our strategic partnerships, we have the opportunity to raise up more leaders and plant more churches in the most critical places on earth—the Middle East, South Asia, and Central America to name a few. This investment responds to the cry of Jesus to “go into all the world” (Matthew 28:19). Ministries that will benefit include:
  • Beit Hallel and Adonai Roi Congregations in Israel
  • Church Asia
  • Refuge Ministries in Mexico
  • Klaus Kuegler in Indonesia
Metro Harvest Church
It’s our desire to see even more people reached through the life-giving message of the gospel, and continue to be good stewards of our facility, so a portion of the Legacy offering will go towards important projects like:
  • Upgrading the children’s rooms and check-in systems
  • Replacing worn out audio/visual equipment for worship
  • Replacing and updating computers for the office
  • Ministry expansion
