What is Harvest Academy?

Harvest Academy is Metro Harvest Church’s discipleship and leadership program. It's purpose is to  equip believers at every stage of their spiritual journey to know God deeply, grow spiritually, biblically, and practically, with the ultimate goal of following Jesus faithfully and fruitfully in the local church and beyond.

Our Vision

Our vision is to see believers formed into the likeness of Christ, grounded in Scripture, and committed to faithful service in God’s Church.

Harvest Academy exists to:

- Develop Christlike character before leadership responsibility
- Build strong biblical foundations for lifelong faith
- Raise leaders who serve with humility, conviction, and wisdom
- Strengthen the local church through well-formed disciples

We believe spiritual depth precedes spiritual fruit, and faithfulness matters more than visibility.

Designed for Life Together

Harvest Academy is intentionally built around doing life together in the local church.
Formation happens best in community. For that reason, Harvest Academy is an in-person-only program. This structure allows students to learn in community, be known and pastored, practice spiritual disciplines together, and grow through accountability and shared life.

Three Different Schools
